Formthotics Original Dual Medium are full-length orthopaedic insoles made of dual-layer Formax foam. A softer top layer on a medium-density base provides a comfortable feel. Why do feet need support?
You might think that, after thousands of years, humans would have perfected walking upright by now. So why do so many of us need medical insoles to support our feet and give them stability?

Our feet were made for soft ground. However, for around 200 years we have mainly walked and run on hard asphalt, stone, wood or concrete floors, and our feet are forced to flatten and twist with every step.
