Delivery and Shipping Times
The ordered goods are normally shipped via an express courier selected by SNL Products – IOSAN SRL. If the items are in stock, they will be dispatched on the first working day following the order. Partial deliveries are permitted. Due to various factors (e.g., weather conditions), delivery times may be extended in individual cases. Usually, delivery takes place within 1–3 working days. If delivery does not occur within four weeks, both parties are entitled to withdraw from the contract for the undelivered quantities. For undelivered goods, the purchaser has the right to either a voucher or a refund of the overpaid purchase price.
Shipping Costs:
For purchases up to €99: €5.99
For purchases over €99: free shipping
The place of performance is the shipping warehouse of the respective products. Upon delivery of the goods to the carrier, the risk is transferred to the purchaser.
