Claim window: The claim must be submitted online within 15 days of the purchase date (some retailers specify a window between the 15th and 30th day, so always check the date on your receipt).

The process is entirely digital and managed through the official dedicated portal:

Purchase the device: From an authorised retailer or online store (keep your receipt/invoice safe).

Retrieve the Serial Number: You can find the serial number on the box or on the back of the device.

Register on the portal: Go to garmin.vipdistrict.com and create an account.

Submit your details: Upload a photo of your proof of purchase, enter the serial number and your IBAN.

Receive your bank transfer: After verification (which may take a few weeks), Garmin will credit the refund directly to your bank account.
